Contingent provisions, Team / Athletes and Supporters

Indonesian

1. Contingent is a collection of teams/athletes who represent certain Indonesian community in the Netherlands or Europe or special contingent representing Indonesian ambassador. Each Indonesian community in the Netherlands or Europe can participate and register more than one contingent.
2. Teams or athletes are Indonesian citizens or other citizens able to speak Indonesian pretty well and registered to particular contingent participating in the event.
3. All athletes who are not Indonesian citizens or having no Indonesian passport will be asked privately to fill out form written in Indonesian language on Saturday, May 22, 2010 before the game starts. Further questions by the organizing committee are also applicable.
4. Contingent can register more than one team/athlete for every sport held on Groenscup if certain allocation is still available. This will be determined by the organizing committee.
5. Each member of a contingent is not allowed to represent another different contingent.
6. Contingent and its teams/athletes have to submit copy of their passports.
7. Supporters are the parties that accompany the contingent and its teams/athletes to provide support.
8. Contingent and its teams/athletes and supporters must be represented by a person in charge to facilitate coordination with the organizing committee. 

9. Each contingent is responsible for its team/athletes and their supporters, and required to participate in maintaining good and peaceful environment and atmosphere during Groenscup 2010.
10. Each member of contingent must have and carry health insurance. The committee will only provide first aid.
11. Any form of violation of these general rules may result in disqualification for the teams/athletes, even contingent and supporters. The committee of Groenscup 2010 has full authority in imposing sanctions based on related regulations.
12. The committee provides up to two warnings for verbal violation before disqualification sanction is applied, while for direct physical violation, automatic disqualification is applicable.
